	Having spent his entire life around boats and with generations of experiance in his veins it is no suprise that the captain, Garry Hartshorne commands SHANA in a relaxed and confident manner. It is also obvious when you meet him that he loves SHANA and has an indepth knowledge and understanding of her systems and capabilities.
	Ricardo Arce Gonzalez the 1st mate and fishing expert has been with the owner of SHANA  for 11 years on 4 different boats. He also has spent his whole life around boats and has generations of experiance and knowledge behind him. Ricardo is very hands on and involved with in all aspects of vessel operation and maintenance.
	Katie Henderson is a talented Chef  with an insatiable passion for food and travel is no stranger to the buisness with nearly 10 years in yachting.  Her  curiosity  of different cultures and cuisines coupled with years of experience as a private chef  brings a unique culinary style to SHANA.
